Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications


Position Overview :

The Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance engagement among employees, clients, or users, depending on the focus of the role within the organization. This position is critical in improving satisfaction, loyalty, and overall engagement.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage engagement initiatives targeted at employees, clients, or users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and ROI of engagement initiatives.
  • Design and distribute surveys, questionnaires, or other feedback tools to gauge engagement levels.
  • Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports to guide future strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, or events to boost engagement.
  • Assist in creating content, including newsletters, webinars, or social media posts contributing to engagement goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in engagement, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with data analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must pass a background check and other relevant screenings.
