Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and location


Position Overview :

The UX Writer is vital in shaping user experiences across our digital platforms. Working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers, the UX writer is responsible for crafting intuitive, user-friendly text that guides users through our products and services.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Create concise, user-focused copy for UI elements, tooltips, onboarding flows, and feature announcements.
  • Collaborate with designers to integrate text into visual designs, ensuring a cohesive user experience.
  • Conduct user research and A/B tests to understand how language impacts user behavior and make data-driven improvements.
  • Maintain style guides and documentation to ensure consistency across all user interfaces.
  • Work with localization teams to adapt content for international audiences.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to provide content insights and strategy.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, HCI, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or a similar role.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant UX writing examples.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus.
