Job Summary :
The Special Projects Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the smooth initiation, planning, and execution of non-routine, unique projects that fall outside the company’s regular operations. Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning :
- Assist in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in conjunction with senior management and stakeholders.
- Support in drafting detailed project timelines, identifying key milestones and required resources.
Coordination and Support :
- Facilitate communication between project teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
- Handle logistical elements, such as scheduling meetings, securing venues, or arranging equipment.
Stakeholder Communication :
- Maintain regular contact with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Compile and distribute project documentation, such as meeting minutes, reports, or presentations.

- Assist in procurement processes, liaising with suppliers and vendors as necessary.
Resource Allocation :
