Compensation: $40,000 – $50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
Position Overview :
The Resident Service Coordinator is instrumental in elevating the living experience for community members. This role is centered on orchestrating a range of services, initiatives, and events designed to meet the diverse needs of residents, promote active community involvement, and create a secure, welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a liaison between residents, management, and local service providers.
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee community programs such as educational workshops, social events, and wellness activities.
- Assist residents with accessing social services, medical care, and financial assistance as necessary.
- Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns and improve the residential experience.
- Manage the distribution of community newsletters, bulletins, and updates to keep residents informed.
- Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify service gaps and resident requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of residents, services provided, and program participation.
- Adhere to organizational policies and legal regulations in all duties and interactions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential services, social work, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
