Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
Position Overview :
The Operations Administrator acts as a key support figure in the Operations Department, ensuring that daily activities run seamlessly. This role encompasses various administrative and operational responsibilities designed to boost organizational efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the coordination and execution of operational plans and programs.
- Support management with administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
- Oversee data entry, report generation, and document management.
- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure seamless operations and project coordination.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, including procurement and maintenance.
- Aid in the implementation and monitoring of operational policies and procedures.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Must pass a background check and other applicable screenings.
