Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet customers as they approach the counter, answer menu inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Cleanliness: Ensure the cashier area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies like receipt paper and coins. Assist with other restaurant cleaning tasks as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure accuracy in order preparation and assist with expediting orders during peak times.
- Promotions: Inform customers of ongoing promotions, new menu items, or loyalty programs to enhance their dining experience and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience can be advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for counting change and understanding pricing.
