Job Summary :

The Hospitality Aide ensures that guests have a memorable and pleasant experience during their stay. This role assists in various guest-related tasks, from greeting and guiding visitors to ensuring amenities are available and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate possesses a genuine passion for customer service and a keen attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities :

Guest Relations :

  • Greet guests upon their arrival and departure, providing them with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, providing information about the facility’s services and local attractions.

Amenity Management :

  • Ensure all common areas, including the lobby and restrooms, are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Restock essential items like towels, toiletries, and refreshments in guest rooms and public areas.

Assistance :

  • Help guests with luggage, directions, or any other requests they might have.
  • Assist the front desk during busy hours, including managing calls and handling reservations.

Safety & Cleanliness :

  • Adhere to the establishment’s safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards immediately to the supervisory staff.

Collaboration & Communication :

  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams.
  • Attend regular staff meetings to stay informed about hotel events, updates, and guest feedback.

Required Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality level of customer service.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages.
  • Basic understanding of hotel management software or Point-of-Sale systems.

Working Conditions :

  • Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of supplies or luggage.
  • Shifts may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Compensation :

Hourly Wage: $12 to $16 per hour, depending on experience and location.
