Employment Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $140,000 – $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus equity and performance bonuses
Position Overview :
The Head of Product is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding the product strategy, development, and overall vision for the company’s products or services. This role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to bring products from conception to market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and market demands.
- Lead and manage the product team, including hiring, training, and professional development.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to develop and improve new products.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure the success of the product portfolio.
- Regularly report to executive leadership on product performance and roadmaps.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision-making.
