Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :
Versatility & Adaptability :
- Quickly assimilate into different roles or departments as required.
- Familiarize oneself with diverse tasks and processes to ensure a seamless transition.
Task Completion :
- Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure continuity in roles temporarily vacated due to illness, vacation, or other absences.
Communication :
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various department members.
- Provide feedback and updates to supervisors regarding challenges or needs in different roles.
Continuous Learning :
- Stay updated on training for various positions within the organization.
- Participate in cross-training sessions to expand skill set.
Administrative Duties :
- Depending on the role, perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, or handling phone inquiries.
Required Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Previous experience in a floater role or multiple departments.

Compensation :
