Compensation: $10 – $15 per hour plus tips, depending on experience
Position Overview :
The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for delivering a high-quality, efficient beverage and snack service to patrons, predominantly on the golf course. This role is essential in enhancing the guest experience by offering prompt, courteous, and effective service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the beverage cart around the golf course, offering patrons drinks and snacks for sale.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock the cart as needed.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate accounting and giving correct change.
- Check identification to verify age for alcohol sales in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Keep the beverage cart clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Engage with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state to serve alcohol.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart.
- Must pass any required background checks and/or drug screenings.
