Position Overview :
The Accounting Analyst serves as an integral member of the Finance and Accounting team, tasked with scrutinizing financial metrics, generating reports, and aiding in both budgetary and forecasting efforts. Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze financial statements and accounting records to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and reconcile financial discrepancies, making adjustments as necessary.
- Evaluate existing accounting procedures and recommend changes for increased efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits by providing relevant financial documentation and explanations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in financial software applications and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
