Compensation: $40,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications


Position Overview :

The Accounting Associate is a vital member of the Finance and Accounting team, responsible for performing a variety of accounting and financial tasks. This role aids in maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial ledgers.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Prepare and submit tax forms and other regulatory filings.
  • Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Adhere to organizational financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must pass a background check and other compliance screenings.
