Compensation: $8 – $12 per hour, depending on experience and location
Position Overview :
As a Crew Member at Wendy’s, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that customers have a positive dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will involve food preparation, customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take customer orders accurately at the counter or in the drive-thru.
- Prepare food items following Wendy’s quality and safety standards.
- Ensure that food presentation meets company guidelines and customer expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and workstations.
- Manage transactions, including handling cash and processing card payments.
- Assist in opening or closing procedures, as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications :
- No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check, if applicable.
