Position Overview :

The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for delivering a high-quality, efficient beverage and snack service to patrons, predominantly on the golf course. This role is essential in enhancing the guest experience by offering prompt, courteous, and effective service.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive the beverage cart around the golf course, offering patrons drinks and snacks for sale.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock the cart as needed.
  • Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate accounting and giving correct change.
  • Check identification to verify age for alcohol sales in compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Keep the beverage cart clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Engage with patrons in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and operational procedures.

Qualifications :

  • Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state to serve alcohol.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart.
  • Must pass any required background checks and/or drug screenings.
