Compensation: $45,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications


Position Overview :

The Operations Administrator acts as a key support figure in the Operations Department, ensuring that daily activities run seamlessly. This role encompasses various administrative and operational responsibilities designed to boost organizational efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of operational plans and programs.
  • Support management with administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and procurement.
  • Oversee data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure seamless operations and project coordination.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, including procurement and maintenance.
  • Aid in the implementation and monitoring of operational policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance guidelines.
  • Must pass a background check and other applicable screenings.
