Position Overview :

The Testing Coordinator is responsible for organizing, administering, and overseeing all aspects of standardized testing within the educational institution. This role ensures testing procedures adhere to institutional policies and national standards, aiming for a seamless and equitable testing experience for all students.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of all standardized testing activities, including pre-test preparations and post-test evaluations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between educational staff, administrators, and testing agencies.
  • Ensure all testing materials are secured, distributed, and returned under institutional and regulatory guidelines.
  • Train proctors and other personnel involved in testing, ensuring compliance with standardized procedures.
  • Monitor testing to resolve issues, manage accommodations, and uphold the integrity of the test environment.
  • Analyze test data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, providing regular reports to administrators and staff.
  • Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes and updates in standardized testing procedures.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines related to student information and test results.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in educational testing or administration is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must pass a background check and other compliance screenings.
