Job Summary :

The Resident Services Coordinator is dedicated to enhancing the residents’ quality of life and well-being. Acting as a bridge between residents and the management, they facilitate programs, address concerns, and ensure the residents’ needs are met promptly and efficiently. An ideal candidate is compassionate, proactive, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.


Key Responsibilities :

Resident Relations :

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Promote a sense of community and engagement among residents.

Program Coordination :

  • Organize and oversee resident-focused events, workshops, and other community-building activities.
  • Coordinate with external organizations or service providers to bring resources or programs beneficial to residents.

Conflict Resolution :

  • Mediate and address conflicts or concerns raised by residents, ensuring a harmonious living environment.

Communication :

  • Relay important information between residents and management.
  • Coordinate newsletters or informational bulletins for residents.

Administrative Duties :

  • Maintain records of resident interactions, feedback, and program participation.
  • Collaborate with the property management team on lease renewals or maintenance requests.

Safety and Compliance :

  • Ensure all resident activities and programs adhere to safety guidelines and property regulations.
  • Report any potential hazards or compliance issues to management.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well with diverse populations.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in property management, social services, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of local resources or services beneficial to residents.

Working Conditions :

  • Predominantly office-based but may require movement throughout the property or facility.
  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate resident events or needs.

Compensation :

Annual Salary: $35,000 to $50,000, depending on experience, qualifications, property size, and location.
