Job Summary :

The Special Projects Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the smooth initiation, planning, and execution of non-routine, unique projects that fall outside the company’s regular operations. Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning :

  • Assist in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables in conjunction with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support in drafting detailed project timelines, identifying key milestones and required resources.

Coordination and Support :

  • Facilitate communication between project teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Handle logistical elements, such as scheduling meetings, securing venues, or arranging equipment.

Stakeholder Communication :

  • Maintain regular contact with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
  • Compile and distribute project documentation, such as meeting minutes, reports, or presentations.

Budget Assistance :

  • Support in tracking project expenses, ensuring that they adhere to the allocated budget.
  • Assist in procurement processes, liaising with suppliers and vendors as necessary.

Resource Allocation :

  • Help in the distribution and management of resources, ensuring that project teams have the tools and support they need.
  • Monitor resource usage, flagging potential shortages or inefficiencies.

Documentation and Reporting :

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a related role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP or CAPM).
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions :

Compensation :
